We ship worldwide and try to get your ordered products to you as soon as possible.
All customers must fill out the returns form and send this with the returned product.
All natural hair extensions/hair products must be returned to ADORE in their original condition in unopened undamaged packaging and suitable for resale. Hair that has been worn or handled or damaged due to handling will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
If any part of the product or packaging is missing refund/exchange will not be accepted. All items will be inspected upon return.
All delivery and shipment costs will be incurred by the customer for any product, and you the customer are responsible for the product in transit therefore we suggest that you send any returns via signed for service.
All request for returns/exchange must be made within 10 working days. 10 days is given from date of receipt to you
We will endeavour to make all refunds back to the customer within 7 days although this can take upto 30 days or 1 calendar month to process.
ADORE will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.
If you feel that your hair products are faulty or that there are quality issues this must be reported to us within 30 days from receipt. We will not accept any hair that has been coloured tinted or chemically changed, including any treatments which may cause damage to extensions, Nor will be refund/replace any hair damaged or deteriorated due to poor care. Full details on how to look after your hair extensions are available on the website and are on a care sheet attached to your hair upon purchase.
We will examine and inspect all hair returned, if the hair is faulty we will replace. If we deem the hair not to be faulty we will return the hair to the customer without refund or exchange.
No responsibility will be taken on by ADORE for any out of pocket expenses or any removal/reattachment re application costs.
All products must be returned via signed for delivery - unopened undamaged in their original packaging with no product or packaging missing included in the return must be a filled out returns form.
We endeavour to exchange any returned product within 24-48 hours, but please note that delivery time can be approximately 3-5 days after this.
Please allow 7 days before enquiring about any returns.
Please keep your proof of postage.

All goods purchased from ADORE may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. No reason is needed for cancellation. Should you wish to cancel please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your cancellation.
